Graduado em Direito pela Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de S\u00e3o Paulo (PUC-SP) em 1989, o Professor Cl\u00e1udio Finkelstein possui um LL.M. em Direito Internacional pela Universidade de Miami, onde escreveu sua tese sobre o \u201cMercado Comum do Sul \u2013 MERCOSUL\u201d. Em 2000, obteve o t\u00edtulo de Doutor pela PUC-SP com a tese “Processo de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercados de Bloco”. Em 2011, obteve a Livre-Doc\u00eancia em Direito Internacional pela PUC-SP com a tese “Jus Cogens como Paradigma do Metaconstitucionalismo de Direito Internacional”. Atualmente, est\u00e1 realizando seu P\u00f3s-Doutorado na Bucerius Law School, em Hamburgo, focando no tema “Arbitragem e Corrup\u00e7\u00e3o”.

Professor Cl\u00e1udio \u00e9 autor de in\u00fameros trabalhos publicados no Brasil e no exterior, incluindo os livros “MERCOSUL \u2013 Li\u00e7\u00f5es do Per\u00edodo de Transitoriedade” (em coautoria com Celso R. Bastos), “O Processo de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercados de Bloco”, “Manual de Direito Internacional” e “Jus Cogens e Metaconstitucionalismo”. Publicou in\u00fameros artigos em direito internacional e arbitragem, e \u00e9 convidado regularmente para palestrar em eventos acad\u00eamicos internacionais em pa\u00edses como Alemanha, It\u00e1lia, Estados Unidos, Fran\u00e7a, Chile, Argentina e \u00c1ustria.

He is currently a professor at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels at PUC-SP, where he coordinates the PhD and Master\u2019s Programs in International Economic Relations Law, as well as the COGEAE\/SP Extension Course in Arbitration and the Study Group on Arbitration and International Trade. He also coordinates the International Contracts Course at the Instituto Internacional de Ci\u00eancias Sociais (IICS\/CEU Brasil) and heads the International Law Department at the Brazilian Institute of Constitutional Law. He serves as Vice President of the Brazilian Society of International Law (SBDI), is a member of the Ethics Council of the Paulista Football Federation, editor of the Revista de Direito Constitucional e Internacional (Constitutional and International Law Journal) published by RT, and a member of the Editorial Board of the CIFILE Journal of International Law.

In the field of arbitration, Cl\u00e1udio serves as a lawyer, legal opinion expert, and arbitrator at some of the world\u2019s leading arbitral institutions, including CAM-CCBC, ICC, the CIESP\/FIESP Chamber of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration, AMCHAM, and CAM B3. He is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR (Brazil and Global). In addition, he plays a vital role in training new generations of lawyers, coordinating study groups and both national and international academic competitions.\n\n\n\n

She holds a PhD in Commercial Law from the University of S\u00e3o Paulo (USP) and also holds a Master\u2019s degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of S\u00e3o Paulo (PUC-SP). She is currently a professor at the PUC-SP Law School and a visiting professor at prestigious international institutions such as the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and the Universidad de Castilla La Mancha in Spain.

Throughout her career, Maria Eug\u00eania has distinguished herself in the field of Commercial Law, significantly contributing to both the academic and practical development of this area in Brazil. Her research interests include publicly-held corporations, international joint ventures, e-commerce, and internet regulation. In addition to her academic activities, she is a founding partner of the law firm Finkelstein Advogados, located in S\u00e3o Paulo, where she manages and advises on major projects in the national and international legal arena.

Maria Eug\u00eania is the author of numerous books and articles published in renowned legal journals, with her works serving as a key reference in the study of business law. She actively participates in master\u2019s and doctoral examination committees, contributing to the education of new legal professionals.

Graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of S\u00e3o Paulo (PUC-SP), where she is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Contract Law\u2014one of the key practice areas of Finkelstein Advogados. In addition to this field, she works in other areas developed by the firm, with a focus on Corporate Law and Arbitration. She is also engaged in academic activities, having served for two years as a teaching assistant in the Corporate Law course at GVLaw, Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Getulio Vargas. Furthermore, she contributes to assisting clients of various nationalities, leveraging her proficiency in English and French.\n\n\n\n

Advogada, formada em Direito pela Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo (2019), curso de ver\u00e3o em Arbitragem Internacional pela Universidade de Leiden em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com a Corte Permanente de Arbitragem – PCA (2016), Master of Laws<\/em> and a Certificate of Specialization in Business Law from UC Berkeley School of Law (2021). Arbitrator in a proceeding administered by the Cindes\/Findes Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration Chamber (2024). Assistant Professor in the Arbitration course at PUC-SP\u2019s Continuing Education Program (formerly COGEAE), coordinated by Professor Cl\u00e1udio Finkelstein. Laura Brevilieri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lawyer graduated from the University of S\u00e3o Paulo (2022), holding a double degree in Law from Universit\u00e9 Jean Monnet St. Etienne and academic experience at the University of Porto. Currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Contract Law at Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Getulio Vargas. During her undergraduate studies, she represented the USP team in the XI Brazilian Competition on Arbitration and Business Mediation (CAMARB, 2020), in which the team was the runner-up and received an award for one of the best memoranda in the competition. Additionally, she participated in the written phase of the 29th Willem C.
