Founding partner of Finkelstein Advogados, he acts as counsel, arbitrator, academic, and legal expert in complex domestic and international disputes, with a particular focus on International Law and international arbitration, as well as corporate, commercial, and transnational matters.

He is Professor of International Law and Arbitration at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), where he teaches at both undergraduate and graduate levels and coordinates master’s and doctoral programs in International Economic Law.

He is currently engaged in postdoctoral research focusing on arbitration and corruption and has served as a visiting professor at foreign institutions. He is the author of books and articles in the fields of International Law and arbitration and is actively involved in academic and professional organizations, including the Arbitration and ADR Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He also serves as Vice President of the Brazilian Society of International Law.
